Q.How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude.ai?
ChatGPT and Claude are general-purpose. They're great at general purposes. Verttx is purpose-built for five specific work roles, with the context, instructions, and guardrails for each pre-loaded. You don't engineer prompts. You don't manage context. You just start.
Q.What AI models does Verttx use?
Verttx runs on Claude (made by Anthropic) under the hood. We route between fast and reasoning-capable models automatically based on the complexity of your message — so you get a quick answer when you need one, and a thorough answer when the work calls for it.
Q.What happens at the end of my free trial?
Nothing automatic. The trial gives you 7 days to try Verttx in your actual workflow. We won't charge a card we don't have. When you decide to continue, you choose a plan and add a payment method.
Q.Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in Settings. No retention dance, no required call, no “are you sure” three times. Your account stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Q.What about my data?
Your conversations are stored encrypted and used only to make your assistants work for you. We don't train models on your conversations. We don't sell or share your data.
Q.Will more roles be added?
Yes. We're starting with five core roles and adding more based on what teams ask for. The Custom role lets you build your own in the meantime — define the role, context, and tone, and Verttx tunes the assistant for you.
Q.What if I hit my usage limit?
You'll always see how much room you have left in Settings, shown as a simple percentage. If you're getting close, upgrading takes one click — or you can wait for your usage to reset at the start of your next period. Nothing is lost either way.
